A blueberry jam!
Bad puns aside, berries are a bunch of super amazing fruits. They are extremely versatile and
can be used in different salads, savory dishes, baked goods, desserts, and drinks.
When you’re talking nutrition, berries can’t be beat for their rich supply of fiber, antioxidants,
and minerals! They’ve also been researched extensively for the apparent ability to fight and
prevent several types of cancer. Additional health benefits include:
- Prevention of heart disease
- Prevention of liver damage
- Control of type 2 diabetes
- Improved memory, balance, and coordination

The simple ingredients
If you’re not sure where to begin on peeling and slicing a kiwi, cut each end off and slide a
spoon between the inside of the fruit and the skin. Continue around the entire kiwi until it
pops out of its skin.
